Hearing way too much from customers at the Lancome counter
We've all encountered an audience whore. You know exactly who I mean: the same insatiable, bleached-out single mom who haunts the aisles of every corner store, hanging on any opportunity to spill her guts to some unsuspecting passerby. The Frederick County Department of Aging suggests seniors consider their premium and cost changes (if any) in 2008, whether they will need more coverage, if their drugs will continue to be covered, or quite simply, if they are happy with their plans' customer service.
